Behind every successful man there is a great and inspiring woman. Darron and Vicky have been married for 36 years and have 4 beautiful children together and 3 grandchildren. Darron retired from the Maryland State Police in 2010, allowing him to pursue his passion for helping people find their dream home in Maryland and Delaware. A year later, they decided to open their own brokerage, Whitehead Real Estate Executives. Darron and Vicky have always enjoyed working with people and helping others obtain their goals. Darron was born on the island of Barbados and moved to the United States, with his mother, when he was 7 years old. After graduating from
Wicomico High School, Darron went into law enforcement where he served for 22 years. Vicky was born in Princess Anne and graduated from Washington High School. Having a passion for children, they were foster parents for several years. Darron and Vicky are extremely family orientated, and they regularly attend Emmanuel Wesleyan Church.
Darron is actively involved in bettering our local community, serving on numerous boards. These include the Emmanuel Wesleyan Church Board, Hebron Savings Bank Board, Main Street Boxing Gym Board, and the Beaglin Park Condo Association Board.
